About SenseAbility
SenseAbility is the art of creating memorable events based on the five senses:
• SIGHT • SOUND • SCENT • TASTE • FEEL •
Creating unique events utilizing each sensation is something highly individual. The result of your story delivered in a fivefold ambiance will transport you and your guests.
You will be caught up in the emotion of your event - let that moment capture you.
THIS IS YOUR VISION
What kind of event do you want to have? Informal buffet or formal sit down dinner?
Have you determined a budget? Do you need a venue? Venues, especially hotels, can be expensive and book up to a year in advance.
Our Value Added
The pressure can fray the calmest of nerves. During the big day while you have to get your hair and makeup done, get into your outfit,
take photos with your family, I will make sure everything is on schedule for the entire event from ceremony to reception.
I will take care of all the details for you. Armed with a cellular phone and laptop, I will keep track of events on multiple fronts
and handle unforeseen delays or problems with flair and composure. I will provide basic organizational and administrative support.
I will schedule and keep track of your appointments with vendors, accompany you to all your meetings and help you make final decisions
before booking vendors. I will review written contracts before you sign them to make sure they clearly spell out the vendors’
obligations and protect you from poor service or fraud.Over the years, I have established close working relationships with vendors
my clients have found most reliable. Due to the volume of business I help to generate, my vendors are often willing to provide special
discounts to my clients. I will act as a go-between with vendors and family members as your coordinator, being your peacemaker,
and etiquette expert. I will communicate with all vendors on your behalf, and even difficult guests or family members.
I will work out compromises to keep everyone happy, all the while sparing you the stress of dealing with conflicts or misunderstandings.
